Oh how I love our bees!
Look what they can do.....make loads of sweet honey! And we tried something new this year. To prevent fermetation we brought the honey to a temperature that killed the yeast (but not the good stuff) before bottling. We got about 70 pounds and hope to get one more harvest later this summer! Diana
