Jenn and I went to the Country Living Fair held in Columbus (Country Living Magazine!!) It was great!!! We didn't let the
looooong line to get in dampen our excitement one bit. Once we were in, we could see why there were so many people!! This was THE BEST craft fair ever!!! It was held in a restored 18
th century village and had so much cute stuff to tempt us!!!
In addition to the craft booths, there were other displays to explore. Like the Camping Girls who take old trailers and fix them up so cute!! This one was amazing!!
Jenn loved the giant postcard in this booth.
Perfect photo op.
Wiener mobile.
Country Living really knows how to throw a fair. There were so many country crafts. I especially liked all the fall and
Halloween items. And cherry and blackberry cobbler when we got weak from shopping. And so many nice people!!! Next year y'all need to come!!!
Not long after getting home from the fair, Ron and I packed up some chairs and picked up some sandwiches and headed to the Bluegrass Festival in
Mohican State Park! This was so fun. The bands were great (we even got a
cd from the Gypsy Hillbillies) and the crowd was a lot of fun.
Here is Ron relaxing to the music.
We laid out my quilt as a picnic blanket and a lady came over and started up a conversation about quilting. She had seen this pattern in a magazine and was excited to see it made up. Ohioans are so nice!!
I have decided I like bluegrass!! Especially the really lively songs like Cotton Eyed Joe!!
As it got dark, it got a little nippy!
All in all, it was a great day!! Shopping, food, music and time with two of my favorite people....what could be better.

Love the quilt and envious of the fun fair goings on over there. We went to the Big Fresno Fair here, fun, but not the same.
